Description
The Hansen Products HFV32 32mm Foot Valve is engineered to prevent fluids in the suction line from draining back into the source when the pump is turned off. This eliminates the need for repeated priming upon start-up, protecting your pumping system and saving time. Delivers greater than 95% efficiency compared to traditional poppet valves, featuring an unrestricted full-flow design. Operates at a maximum working pressure of 16 Bar (1600 kPa / 235 PSI) at 20°C. Suitable for liquid temperatures up to 60°C. Standard 32mm (1¼") BSPT tapered threads, ensuring a heavy-duty, reliable seal. Strong, lightweight, and highly resistant to weather, fungi, termites, and bacteria. Fully certified and safe for use with drinkable water systems. Utilises a unique pressure-differential diaphragm instead of a poppet valve, preventing regular wear, jamming, or clogging in dirty water or gray water applications. Built-in intake slots lower intake velocity, which heavily reduces blockages from weeds or sediment.
