The Comet Gearbox 6.44:1 (Part Number 5005.0216) is a heavy-duty speed reduction gearbox specifically designed to connect petrol engines to Comet agricultural diaphragm pumps. Reduces the engine's standard operating speed down to a safe, efficient rate required for optimal pump performance (approx. 550 RPM). Gear Ratio: 6.44:1 speed reduction. Housing Material: High-grade, lightweight aluminium. Directly matches the 6-hole flange configuration found on Comet APS41, P48, and P50 diaphragm spray pumps.
