Description
The BAT200-12V-2XP is a specialized version of the BA Pumps & Sprayers 200L EZI-Spot Trailer Sprayer. While sharing the same structural chassis as the basic model, this unit trades the high-pressure spot-spraying configuration for a high-volume TeeJet 2-XP BoomJet boomless nozzle kit designed to broadcast-spray an expansive 6-metre wide swath without needing physical folding metal booms. Tank Capacity: 200 Litre UV-stabilized polyethylene reservoir. Pump Subsystem: Higher volume, lower pressure SHURflo 12V DC pump pushing 11.3 Litres per minute (Lpm) at 45 PSI. Factory fitted with an integrated Pressure Regulating Valve (PRV) to fine-tune continuous flow directly to the boomless nozzles. Broadcasting Kit: Dual TeeJet XP BoomJet system projecting up to a 6-metre total spray pattern. Still includes the standard 15-metre EZI-Reel manual take-up reel paired with a Spot 300 professional spray gun for manual intervention. Chassis: Hot-dip galvanized RHS steel safety frame with mudguards, wide low-impact turf tires. Drift-Optimized Droplets: The TeeJet XP BoomJet nozzles produce ultra-coarse, air-inducted droplets. This design drastically minimizes chemical drift hazards onto neighboring non-target pasture lines or crops. ChemSaver Shutoff Valves: Features independent check/shutoff valves at the bracket. This allows the operator to shut down one side of the spray swath entirely when treating tight border fence contours. Because the 6m coverage is achieved entirely aerially, there are no protruding physical steel boom arms to accidentally strike fence posts, trees, or structural shelterbelts.
