Description

The Powerwash PW-GB 200/15 (also known as the Power Wash Gold Base 200/15) is an industrial, heavy-duty 3-phase electric hot water blaster and steam cleaner manufactured in Italy. This machine requires a specialized 400V - 415V three-phase electrical supply, making it built specifically for permanent workshop bays, heavy agricultural washdowns, transport fleets, and multi-hour industrial cleaning. The 3-phase motor allows this model to scale up both pressure and water volume concurrently without stalling or flipping residential circuits. Operating Pressure: Continuously adjustable up to 200 bar (2,900 to 3,000 psi). Water Flow Rate: 15 litres per minute (900 L/h). Temperature Profile: Heats water rapidly up to 90°C for continuous hot washing and features a dedicated 140°C steam stage for sanitization and heavy wax/grease melting. Power Requirements: Powered by a 5.5 kW (7.5 HP) motor running at a low, ultra-durable 1,450 RPM. Commercial Engineering & Construction Interpump Triplex Pump: Anchored by an industry-standard Interpump ceramic triplex plunger pump with connecting rods, a camshaft, and a forged brass head. Independent Burner Motor: The diesel burner utilizes an isolated 220V electric motor independent of the main pump drive, ensuring consistent airflow and clean combustion even if the main pump is running under fluctuating loads. Delayed Total Stop & Auto-Shutdown: Features a low-voltage (24V) auxiliary circuit layout that places the machine in bypass or shuts down entirely if the trigger gun remains closed, protecting the system from overheating. It includes a one-hour total idle safety shutdown. Stainless Steel Hood: Protected by a high-grade mirror-polished stainless steel outer cover designed to endure harsh, damp industrial environments without rusting. Safety Cut-offs: Outfitted with low-water and low-fuel automatic cutoff switches to protect the boiler coils and combustion system from dry firing.
