The TEE / WAT Motor QC80M2C is a high-efficiency 1.1 kW (1.5 HP) Single-phase industrial AC electric motor. It features a lightweight aluminium body configuration designed to standard IEC metric dimensions. Speed/Poles: 2-Pole (High speed, operating at approximately 2800 - 2900 RPM at 50Hz) Frame Size: 80M (80mm shaft centre height with standard metric spacing) Electrical Supply: 1-Phase, 230V Delta / 400V Star configuration at 50Hz. High-pressure die-cast aluminium body optimized with a hexagonal cooling profile for superior heat dissipation. Ingress Protection: Standard IP55 rating, rendering the housing resistant to dust penetration and low-pressure water ingress. Thermal Tolerance: Built with Class F insulation (rated to 155°C) but operates within a Class B temperature rise (80K max) to lengthen winding service life. Physical Adaptability: Equipped with a 90° rotatable terminal box and detachable mounting feet for versatile layout integration. Common Applications: High-pressure centrifugal water pumps, Industrial ventilation systems and extraction fans. Small-scale air compressors. Direct-coupled conveyor gearboxes and machinery drives.
