These food-grade silicone liners provide a gentle, hygienic massage to the cow's teats while ensuring stable vacuum control and a leakproof fit during milking operations. Food-Grade Silicone: Non-toxic, odourless, and extremely hygienic to keep milk clear of contaminants. Gentle Extraction: Soft texture minimises tissue stress and prevents hyperkeratosis or teat end injuries. Enhanced Durability: Resists cracking and tearing over extensive milking cycles far better than standard rubber. Smooth Inner Surface: Devoid of cracks or deposits, making the liners incredibly easy to flush and clean. Maintenance & Care:- To maintain peak hygiene and ensure optimal udder health, it is recommended to clean the liners thoroughly after every session. Because milking tension and material flexibility degrade over time, standard dairy practice is to replace silicone inflations approximately every 6 months, 750 hours, or 2,500 to 4,000 milkings.
