Wagner All Guard Pump Protection (Part Number: 0154839) is a specialised maintenance fluid formulated to protect the internal components of airless paint sprayers and pressure washers during storage. It acts as both a lubricant and an anti-freeze solution to ensure your equipment remains in peak operating condition. Prevents Freezing: Provides complete anti-freeze protection down to -25° Fahrenheit (-31.6°C) when used at full strength. Stops Corrosion: Shields internal metal parts from rust and oxidation while the machine is sitting idle. Eliminates Sticking: Keeps internal piston and diaphragm valves, seats, and seals lubricated so they do not stick together before the next use. Universal Compatibility: While manufactured by Wagner, it can be safely used in all airless sprayers and pressure washers across major brands. You should use All Guard whenever your sprayer will be inactive for more than two days or during extended seasonal storage. How to Apply It: Thoroughly flush and clean all paint or debris out of the sprayer using the appropriate solvent (water or mineral spirits). Mix the fluid according to instructions or pour it full-strength directly into the inlet valve/suction tube. Run the pump on a low pressure setting for a few seconds until the fluid cycles completely through the pump housing and exits the outlet. Shut down the machine and leave the fluid inside to protect the components.
