Description
The HSFPV2520 is the Hansen Super-Flo Trough Valve (25/20/15mm). It is a highly efficient, compact piston-type float valve manufactured by Hansen Products in New Zealand, engineered to automatically control high-volume water replenishment in livestock drinking troughs, water storage tanks, and washdown systems. Delivers up to 188 litres per minute (l/min) at 29 psi (200 kPa). Functions reliably between 0 and 12 Bar (0 to 174 PSI) at 20°C, making it suitable for both gravity-fed low-pressure and high-pressure pumped configurations. Features a 25mm (1") female BSPT thread configuration on the valve outlet. It is supplied as a multi-fit kit packed with interchangeable 15mm, 20mm, and 25mm standard adapters to match various pipeline inlets. Built with a patent-pending "Slipper Fit Piston" configuration that reduces mechanical friction. This design significantly cuts down on internal jamming, sticking, or getting bound by light debris. Features a progressive opening and closing mechanism that absorbs fluctuations to avoid valve bounce and disruptive water hammer damage in rural piping networks. Injection-molded from specialized, heavy-duty, non-corrosive UV-stabilized polymer resins to withstand harsh outdoor agricultural exposure. Flexible Mounting Options: Accommodates standard top or side entry trough walls and has a mini body profile engineered to sit comfortably inside tight-fitting, protected entry spaces.
