Description
This an industrial-grade, dual-scale pressure measurement guage designed for processing, mechanical, and commercial fluid systems. Dial Diameter: 63 mm (2.5 inches) Dual scale 0 - 200 kPa and 0 - 30 psi Bottom entry (vertical stem mount), typically utilizing a 1/4" BSP or BSPT thread. Constructed with a 304 stainless steel case to resist ambient corrosion and harsh workshop environments. Built with a copper alloy Bourdon tube and brass wetted connection parts. Filled with liquid glycerine to protect the internal clockwork and steady the pointer needle against heavy system vibrations or pressure pulses. Primary Applications:- Water Supply & Irrigation: Monitors pressure in low-pressure water pipelines, storage tanks, and agricultural drip irrigation systems to prevent pipe bursts. Pumps and Filters: Placed before or after water filters and low-pressure pumps to detect blockages (indicated by a sudden pressure drop or spike). Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC): Measures water pressure in commercial boiler feed lines, cooling loops, and chilled water systems. Pneumatic Lines: Monitors low-pressure compressed air lines powering factory automation, air tools, or control valves.
