Description
The UDOR 601093 (often formatted as 6010.93) is a high-pressure DL series pressure regulator and control unit explicitly built for UDOR Kappa series diaphragm pumps. This control unit can be directly pump-mounted or remotely installed on the following models:UDOR Kappa 25UDOR Kappa 32UDOR Kappa 33UDOR Kappa 43UDOR Kappa 53UDOR Kappa 55UDOR Kappa 65. Maximum Flow Rate: 20 to 16 GPM (60 to 76 L/min depending on setup constraints). Maximum Pressure: 560 to 580 PSI (39 to 40 bar). Inlet / Outlets: Features two 1/2" (13 mm) ball valve discharge ports equipped with individual manual shut-offs.Bypass Port: Includes a 3/4" hose barb return bypass line. Gauge: Comes with an integrated, highly stable glycerin-filled pressure gauge (0–1000 PSI). Right-Angle Entry: The fluid path shifts at a right angle from the main body into the adjustable regulator, preventing turbulences and guaranteeing smoother system operations alongside longer valve life. Manual Dump Lever: Includes an integrated bypass dump lever to drop system pressure instantly for safe startup and line purging.
