Petrol Melasty Single Milking Machine COW
Description
The Melasty TK1-PK GE Petrol/Electric Hybrid Single Milking Machine for Cows is a highly versatile, heavy-duty mobile milker designed for off-grid homesteaders and small-to-medium dairy farms. The "GE" designation represents its dual-motor hybrid capability, featuring both an electric motor and a standalone gasoline engine. This allows operators to easily switch to petrol power during blackouts or out in remote pastures lacking an electrical hookup. The system efficiently milks a single cow in roughly 6 to 10 minutes, processing between 10 to 12 cows per hour. Electric Motor: 0.75 HP / 0.55 kW motor. Gasoline Engine: DTS 200 6.5 HP (4-stroke, air-cooled, unleaded fuel). Fuel Capacity: 0.8 Gallon (3.0L) tank. Vacuum Pump Flow Rate: 210 to 240 Litres per minute. Pump Build Type: is a dry pump system with graphite palettes. Milking Equipment: One 60/40 ratio cow pulsator and one 240cc high-capacity milking claw. Comes equipped with a single, large 30-Liter (approx. 8 Gallon) bucket. Depending on regional configurations, this bucket is built out of heavy-duty stainless steel. Hybrid Mechanism: The unit incorporates both motors onto a single frame. To alternate between the electric motor and the petrol engine, users remove or engage a mechanical drive belt enclosed beneath a safety cover. Ergonomic Cart Structure: Includes a sturdy wheeled frame engineered to safely balance the heavy weight of the gasoline motor. A long integrated support arm holds the milking cluster and 8-foot hoses safely off the ground. Features a built-in semi-automatic closed-cycle washing system to thoroughly rinse out bacteria and milk scale
