Description
The Everflo 90.240.300 (also known as the Everflo EF3000 or EF3 series) is a commercial-grade, heavy-duty 12-Volt DC on-demand diaphragm sprayer pump. Distributed globally and heavily utilized across New Zealand by BE Pressure Supply, this pump is a benchmark replacement for ATV, UTV, and tow-behind agricultural chemical sprayers. Maximum Flow Rate: 11.4 Litres per minute (Lpm) / 3.0 Gallons per minute (GPM). Maximum Pressure: 60 PSI / 4.1 Bar. Electrical Requirements: 12 Volt DC. Current Draw: 10 Amps maximum load. Port Connections: 3/4" Quick Attach (QA) ports (Note: standard plumbing kits include 1/2" hose barb and 1/2" MNPT quick-clip fittings). Internal check valves are constructed from genuine Viton rubber, providing superior defensive wear profiles against caustic agricultural concentrates. Utilizes a highly flexible Santoprene co-polymer co-molded diaphragm to minimize structural fatigue and deliver crisp, rhythmic priming cycles. Honeywell Micro Switch - Demand Logic: Features an integrated, commercial-grade automated pressure switch. The pump automatically powers up when you pull your spray gun trigger or activate a boom line, and shuts down instantly when fluid restriction triggers the 60 PSI threshold. This limits unnecessary battery draw and protects the internal electric motor from over-pressurization. Supplied with integrated inline heavy-gauge wiring harness fuse protection to shield the 12V motor windings from external electrical spikes or direct ground shorts.
