Sam Flannery
Managing Director
Sam’s a diesel mechanic by trade, so he’s pretty handy when it comes to pulling things apart and putting them back together. Taking on the challenge of leading a great team in the water and air industry just made sense.
When he’s not at work, you’ll find Sam helping out as Vice President of the Southend United Football Club or tinkering away in his shed. He enjoys a dark beer with mates, spending time with his three kids, and has a real soft spot for old Corollas.
Holly Flannery
Director
Holly’s a Chartered Accountant with a strong background in the rural industry. At Dynamic, she looks after finance, health and safety, and keeps the marketing wheels turning.
Outside of work, Holly loves spending time in Roxburgh and getting outdoors with the kids. When she gets the chance, she also enjoys riding her horse and being part of the local show scene. Now that the kids are into Pony Club, this consumes the Summer months!
Ian Gibson
Workshop Manager
Ian is our 'go to' guy as he has been working for Dynamic since he left school! He is key to the designs and bespoke air systems and oversees the installs as well. If this is something you need, Ian will speak your language.
Outside work he is a family man and spends a lot of time at football and hockey in Winter. He plays for Western FC and supports his children in sport also.
Ian Collie
Sales Extraordinaire
Ian is one of the first to greet you in the showroom. His knowledge for our products is top notch. He is often fielding calls from afar requesting specific parts which he handles with ease. For anything technical, Ian can put his problem solving skills to test.
Outside of work, Ian is a high achiever in his martial arts and is a dedicated member excelling through the grades! Ian is a devoted Dad so enjoys any excuse for a family adventure too.
Russell Williams
Sales Superman
Russell has recently joined us after a long retail history in the automotive and lighting industries. He has an eye for detail and likes to make sure customers receive the great service they deserve.
Outside of work Russell enjoys tramping in the great outdoors and spending time with family. He is kept busy following along their hobbies too!
Trevor Lloyd
Workshop Planner
Trevor plans the day to day work for all service staff whether in the workshop or in the field. He orders the parts so juggles the logistics of keeping our customers going.
Outside of work he loves to spend time with his large family and tinkering in his garage.
Kieran Roberts
Service Technician
Kieran is an engineer by trade and has a varied background with boats, cars and trailers so can turn his hand to any task.
Outside of work he is a regular at Teretonga racetrack here in Southland and can be found throughout NZ racing during the season!

Jordan Wilson
Service Technician
Jordan has a 9 year history at Dynamic Maintenance and after a short break he is back! He is enthusiastic about all things compressor related so he is your man!
Outside of work he is a family man, loves his vege garden and enjoys making his woodwork projects in his well set up garage.
Jesse Stewart
Service Technician
Jesse is a qualified engineer and a problem solver who we are lucky to have join the team. His background as a maintenance engineer is handy for our varied work!
Outside work he has a project ute and is a dab hand at fishing and renovating!
Bronwyn Cocker
Administration
Bronwyn does all things admin which, as we know, keeps the place compliant and ticking along! She is paramount in keeping all systems up to date and the rest of the team on task.
Outside of work she is a keen gardener and loves visiting Central Otago with her family.
Alex MacPherson
Sales and Workshop Assistant
Alex is here as our sales and workshop assistant so helps out in any area required. He is learning a lot about putting pumps, compressors and sprayers together and arranging the showroom. He is looking forward to starting his pre trade course at SIT in 2026. Alex has been a big help setting up the products on our new website too!
He has been a great addition to the team. When not at work he is fixing his Subaru (his pride and joy!!).
Jon McLean
Service Assistant
Jon has been with Dynamic for over ten years and is the workshop assistant testing and running up the equipment we have for sale for customers. He is also key to deliveries, organising freight inwards and keeping the place looking tidy!
Outside of work, Jon spends a lot of time with his family and enjoys a jam with his band too!
Boris
Pest Controller
Say hello to Boris, our furriest team member!
He’s recently found his forever home with us and has wasted no time making himself comfortable—whether it’s draped across the counter or flopped dramatically on the floor.
We haven’t seen his pest control powers in action and are not holding our breath... you will get to meet him on your visit in store!
